Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all digital product purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

Digital Products

All ebooks, guides, workbooks, bundles, and other downloadable or digital products purchased from The Reset Press are considered digital products. No physical product will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a digital product has been purchased or accessed.

Download or Access Issues

We want you to receive what you paid for.

If you experience a technical problem, such as:

  • Your download link does not work
  • You are unable to access your purchased ebook
  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
  • You received the wrong digital product

please contact us at info@theresetpress.com and explain the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem and provide you with access to the product you purchased.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us at info@theresetpress.com. We will review the situation and determine whether an exception can be made.

Product Not What You Expected

Please carefully review the product description, previews, included materials, and product details before completing your purchase.

Refunds are generally not available because a customer changes their mind, purchases the wrong product, or decides the product is not what they expected.

Exceptions

Although our general policy is that digital purchases are non-refundable, The Reset Press reserves the right to make exceptions at its discretion when circumstances warrant.

Any approved refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
